You have the right to object (yours and the child's) under certain conditions
objection:
a. Failure to appear or comply with the Program; or
b. Specially identifiable features or aspects of a Program - such as - surrogate credentials of a Program (such as an email address or a unique username), an identifier with particular meaning for the Program user (such as an email address, a username or an identifiable feature of the Program), and content features of the Program (such as text, audio, video, or artwork) - that may uniquely identify the Program user. If you decide that a Program objecting to the Notification is not clearly and unambiguously identified and cannot be easily removed from view, the Notification will still be served to you, but it will not be made available to the child. The non-confidential information in this Notification will be available to the child.
c. Lawsuit, criminal prosecution, or any other legal proceeding.
d. Competitor information - including - a Program's retention of a user's contact information (such as phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, and credit card information) that permits the recipient of the Notification to contact the user or an entity acting on the user's behalf.
e. Unlawful activity - such as - the operation of a Program to obtain money or property by false pretenses, theft, fraud, or misrepresentation; or
f. Any other basis of objection set out in the Program.
Objecting to a Notification is a legal right of any party to a Program. To exercise this right, send a written objection (yours and the child's) to the Program administrator. (The objector is the person that sent the Notification).
If you object to a Notification, do not provide any private information (for example, your contact information, the name of your child, the name of your child's teacher, your credit card information or your social security number) to the Program administrator.
If you object to a Notification, your sole recourse is to cease using the Program.
